Gecko’s third training event is hosted by Aalborg University and took place from January 25th to January 26th.

Welcoming and Kickoff: Welcoming all participants and outlining the plan for the next days of our winter school, as well as tackle any remaining organizational questions.
ESRs poster session and networking opportunities: The ESRs take rounds holding short individual presentations of the posters followed by time for discussions.
Energy transitions and PVs in local communities – the role of the social and legislative conditions

Understanding energy consumption structured according to building characteristics, socio- economic and gender
Group work: Practicing the use of theory with an exercise on qualitative data coding (coding excerpts from interviews) and plenaries. Perspectives on the role of gender in analysis and responsible data collection and processing.
